Video production for Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Kent and beyond…
Welcome to 325 Productions UK.
After an extensive career in care and education, working predominantly with young people with behavioural issues, I pursued a career change and returned to full time education.
After graduating from the University of Brighton I began working in factual television (Cowboy Builders, Food Unwrapped, Mr Drew’s School for Boys) before settling on a career in video production.
The name 325 Productions UK is derived from my university email login and seemed an appropriate name for the company I have founded since changing my career path.
Here you’ll find examples of my video production work, ranging from business and corporate promos, to charity videos, to e-Learning and training content, to music videos and photography.
I take great pleasure in providing a highly personable service for all my clients and on this site you will find testimonials to that effect.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Live + online event videos
It has been a turbulent time for the live event industry since the pandemic, but this has also provided opportunity to explore new ways of creating live event videos and creating content.
During the pandemic I found myself being asked to create online event videos using screen capture and motion graphics, as well as coordinating video shoots all over the world – Chicago, New York, Dublin, Brisbane – to create pre recorded content to be streamed during online events.
Now, with live events back up and running we have seen the return of more traditional event capture and it has been fantastic to be out filming face-to-face with people again and continuing to make engaging video content for events.
See my Live event playlist for examples.

Cats Protection & charity videos
After volunteering as a PR volunteer for Cats Protection in 2014 I was lucky enough to be given an opportunity to produce a video for one of their campaigns. They have been a client of mine ever since.
In that time I have produced every type of video for the charity, including social media campaign videos, ‘How to’ guides, ‘Challenge event’ promos and a wide range of training and internal content as well.
My work with CP have also given me the opportunity to work with several celebrities, including the legendary Bob Mortimer, which you can see evidence of in the video example above, as well as other animal charities. Causes that are very close to my heart.
For examples of my work for animal charities please visit my ‘Animal charity playlist’.

Business profile & explainer videos
Over the years I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of businesses andhave created a wide range of video content.
From business explainers, to recruitment videos to product specific promos and animations, I’ve done it all.
My approach to showcasing a business is to always show authenticity, even in scripted pieces, as I believe this is the most effective way to engage with a target audience.
In the example above, Roots Research wanted exactly this, a warts and all showcase of their business (with bloopers) to illustrate their fun and friendly workplace.
Having worked for Roots Research for several years I have heard first hand that new recruits replied to work for Roots based on watching this video.
See my Business profile playlist here.
Social media video content
Online video has changed dramatically in recent years, with platforms like Instagram and Tik Tok growing in popularity, and this has changed how businesses should think about their video content and online marketing.
I pride myself on keeping up to date with video trends in order to advise my clients, not just on what type of video to produce, but how to publish this online to get maximum reach, and most importantly, return on their investment.
As such, I always try to maximise filming days to create as much content as possible each time, potentially generating months of content from just one shoot.
E-Learning and training videos
Whether on a simple white backdrop or green screen, talking heads piece-to-camera or detailed narrative, E-learning videos are an essential tool for training purposes and internal content.
Unfortunately I can only show a very short, muted sample of our most recent training video production as often content is confidential and we respect our client’s privacy.
If you would like to know more about how I approach E-learning, training and pre recorded event content please get in touch.
Music videos
As a musician myself, creating music videos is a true passion of mine. On these projects I get the opportunity to work with experimental lighting and creative editing techniques to showcase artists and performers in the best possible way.
One of my favourite projects was producing the music video for Matt Mitchell & The Coldhearts – Unavailable (remix) release (pictured above), which was premiered on Planet Rock Radio’s website.

Empathy is the Key
I have taken a long time to hone the technical skills, to the standard I demand of myself, in order to produce high quality and engaging video content and photography for my clients. But I am very aware that technical skills alone aren’t enough.
I pride myself on being highly organised, an excellent communicator and above all empathetic. I emphasise the importance of empathy because I am often thrown into scenarios, industries, situations where I have no prior knowledge of the subject matter or people I am filming or photographing. It is my job to quickly understand the messages my clients want to portray and who they are trying to reach, in order for me to communicate that vision through my work.
Furthermore, not everyone likes to be filmed or photographed! It is therefore my role to communicate well with my subjects or talent and make them feel relaxed so they can give their best performance on camera and present themselves in the most engaging way. Clients often offer testimonials to this effect, which gives me an enormous amount of satisfaction whenever I hear this.
Although I am are based in Mid Sussex my work has taken me into surrounding counties, such as Surrey, Kent and Hampshire, as well as further afield to Exeter, Manchester and internationally to Paris and Munich as well.
I love my job. The variety it brings, the challenges it brings and all the different types of people I meet.
